Privacy Notice

Account data: display name, email and login credentials (hashed password or Google sign-in). Service content: trades, prop firm accounts, risk plans, notes and files you upload. Usage and security: IP address, device/browser data, access and error logs. Support: messages you send us.

To create and maintain your account; provide the service and compute your statistics; keep the service secure and prevent fraud; provide support; improve the product; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and never use your trading content for advertising.

Performance of the contract (account and service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (marketing messages, where used) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Technology providers running our infrastructure (hosting, database, file storage and error monitoring); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers (legal and accounting); and authorities where required by law.

We keep your data while your account exists. After closure, service data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example tax records). Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection to certain processing, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to suporte@tradescore.app; we respond within 30 days.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses and providers with appropriate safeguards.

We use encryption in transit, per-user access rules in the database, private file storage and least-privilege internal access.

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme and language. We do not use advertising cookies. Clearing browser data removes them.
