TradeScore is trade-journaling, analytics and risk-management software. It does not execute orders, manage money, or give investment advice. All metrics, simulations and alerts are informational and educational only; trading decisions are yours alone.

You confirm you are of legal age and, if using the service for an organisation, that you may bind it. You must give accurate information, keep it current, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not: use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; circumvent technical or plan limits; reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service; or interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping).

The TradeScore software, brand, documentation and materials remain ours. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your plan. Content you enter stays yours; you grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes, cancellation and refunds follow the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated serious policy violations. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

We are not liable for lost profits, trading losses, lost data or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these Terms.
