Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email used at checkout, or write to suporte@tradescore.app and we will forward the request.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time under Settings → Plan & billing; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for and no further charge is made. Refunds on renewals are reviewed case by case within the same 30-day window.
